My Maraneo shows you how to start and adapt to the Mediterranean style of eating. The menus include breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner for every day, 365 days a year. By adapting to this way of eating, you will reap the many benefits of Mediterranean meals, such as weight loss and healthy weight management, cardiovascular health, better cognitive function, cancer prevention and many more benefits.

All recipes are cooked using regular ingredients. Since these are just recipes and not meal kits, you can substitute any ingredient you wish for your dietary needs.

Download the My Maraneo app, and once on the log-in page, click on "Activate Gift". Email address and access code must match. The next step will ask you to complete the registration. Once this step is fulfilled and your email address is verified, you can enjoy one-year access to the My Maraneo meal planner.

Our chefs and meal planners are all Mediterranean natives with extensive culinary experience.

You can still access all recipes from the previous 365 days; however, the meal planner won't be accessible until your annual membership is renewed.
